Jedi Mind Tricks only work on the weak minded. Padme wasn't weak minded.
Jedi don't sleep with women. They're not allowed. Anakin has emotions because he was raised to. He knew his mom, and therefore knew love. All other Jedi never know that kind of attachment.

I do not think Anakin used a mind trick on Padme in order to get her to love him. Because if he did she would not have come to him in the third one to see if Anakin really did go to the dark side, she wouldn't have cried and said you're braking my heart, last when she was on the ship and OB1 was there she wouldn't have asked if Anakin was alright.I don't think love can just be a trick. At least not true love.

No, I have to say I think they fell in love because they were introduced to one another under odd cicumstances and grew emotionally attached to one another and Love was the nextstep because of the physical attraction as well.I love them as a couple.

They made a point of Padme dying more due to a lack of will to live after Anakin's attack than the actual attack. She COULD have lived if she wanted to.

I'm no femminist, but you should have respect for women - that statement says that girls are idiotic; and they aren't.
Trying to insult someone by calling them a girl isn't an insult at all, and its just showing up your insecurites regarding your masculinity when you try to do so.

Than as Anakin saw that Padme is bitching around to much and not even mind tricks would help, he did what all guys do, choked and dropped her.

Anakin was with Obi-Wan quite frequently i'm wondering what they used to do behind Padme's back and behind closed doors. Padme was also very friendly with Jar Jar. Something weird going on there. Luke and Leia weren't Anakins they were Jar Jars kids. Oh and yes i agree Anakin used the Jedi mind trick on Padme because Anakin only Played with light sabers and Obi-Wan

Wow i am so impressed. Only one that has been able to address anyone coherently on here is Bang-Bang. Of course Anakin used the jedi mind trick on Padme cause all women are weak minded. Only one that has made a logical conclusion to this thread is Bang Bang all you other little girls try to look at everything in rose coloured glasses. Anakin was an A-hole he strangled Padme at the end. He was a psycho and immature. So yes he used the jedi mind trick and he also cheated on her with r2d2 and c-3po and he might have even did the dirty with chewbacca. And for the little girls on here when you respond try and stop acting like girls you make the discussion idiotic. and for the love of god try and use some grammar and spelling little girls its not hard.
If it wasn't for Bang Bang and rand i wouldn't even look at these threads LOL

Anakin wouldn't do that to padme. She is and was a strong person i think she died because she knew that anakin was no longer the one she loved. Anakin loves her they love each other . If he did mind trick her wouldnt it be in the film? She had the strengh to deliver luke and leia because they were her last hope and she knew that.

She did die from the force-choke from Anakin. It affected her like a blood clot. It damaged her breathing ability until she was oxygen-deprived enough to not recover. Eventually, the doctors fixed the affected breathing tube, but the damage had already been done.

Is it so hard to accept that Padme simply fell in love with him? Whats wrong with a spade simply being a spade? Is it realistic? Who can say, but its not as if unlikely things never happen in the SW universe before.

I'm sorry, but that's completely impossible. Jedi Mind Tricks only work on the weak minded, and Padme is nowhere near being weakminded. She's brilliant, how do you think she became Queen at such an early age? Also, I find nothing odd about her falling in love with Anakin. You must keep in mind, love is almost always portrayed as a sudden feeling in movies and such. I actually think Padme did love Anakin, but it took her longer to realize it.
