How come Voyager never runs out of anything?
How come they don't seem to run out of anything anymore? In the first season or two they made a half hearted search for dilithium, but they don't seem to run out of anything any more. They seem to have a limitless supply of shuttles and photon torpedoes. Just once I'd like to see Chakotay announce that they've run out of something, anything; "Captain, we've run out of toilet paper." Otherwise, how realistic does their lonely journey seem?

I think there were at least 6 shuttles destryed each season. Did they leave on a two year away mission with 50 shuttles on board. With a crew of less than 200 it seems they took shuttles for every 4 crew.
One thing they did run out of was condoms, or at leas Paris did. Maybe he punctured it. Speaking of that, why was there only one on board pregnancy? Men and women on ship with access to zero grav sections.
