Tolkien Best part of LOTR Fellowship movie The best parts of the movie definitely had to be the scenes with the special effects, which were all incredible, from the scenes of the foggy-world view with the ring on to the top down view of the giant statues overlooking the Anduin to the "arrow cam" which showed the arrows slicing into the orcs. But the best scene had to be the one with the collapsing stairwell where they had to jump while it was crumbling, just as deadly orc arrows were whining all around them. Ironically this best scene wasn't even in the book! What do you think was the best scene (please, girls, no cooing over Gwyneth Legolas).
