Actually, I think the name of the book WAS The Final Countdown by Martin Caidin. Problem is sometimes the novelization comes after the movie, and other times, the name of the book is changed for recognition value after the movie comes out. The one in my liberary is Final Countdown, but has scenes from the movie. So, it's anyone's guess what the original novel was called.

This movie was based on a book. I cannot remember the title of the book, which I read in the 80s. Anyone, Anyone. What was the name of the book? Something about a Ghost Ship>
